What are they?

S4 (Andarine) or Acetamidoxolutamide, is a SARM (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator). Developed as drug to reduce muscle wasting - SARMs are a versatile compound that can help  gain strength, muscle and lose fat. Andarine’s exceptional ability to help oxidize fat and keep the body from going catabolic while on a low calorie diet is its specialty. It will provide a hard, dry, lean look and increase vascularity. MK677 (Ibutamoren) acts as a potent, orally active growth hormone secretagogue, mimicking the GH stimulating action of the endogenous hormone ghrelin. It has been demonstrated to increase the release of, and produces sustained increases in plasma levels of several hormones including growth hormone and IGF-1, but without affecting cortisol levels. It also alters metabolism of body fat and so may have application in the treatment of obesity.

LGD4033 (Ligandrol) is an  oral selective androgen receptor modulator, binds to the androgen receptor with high affinity and selectivity. It demonstrates anabolic activity in muscles, anti-resorptive and anabolic activity in bones and a robust selectivity for muscle and bone versus prostate and sebaceous glands. Results have shown increases in lean body mass and decreases in body fat. There is also a significant increase in strength, well being, as well as healing possibilities. LGD has shown the most ability of any SARM to put on size that could be considered a bulk.

RAD140 (Testolone) is a highly effective SARM (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator) currently being studied for both anabolic and neuroprotective effects. It is in a class of androgen receptor (AR) ligands that are tissue selective, developed to treat muscle wasting associated with cancer, acute and chronic illness and age-related muscle loss. Recent research of RAD140 shows superior lean tissue selectivity, and reduced androgenic effects when compared to competing SARM compounds. This compound is being studied for neuroprotection as well; an important neural action of endogenous androgens that is relevant to neural health and resilience to neurodegenerative diseases, and to be as effective as testosterone in reducing cell death induced by apoptotic insults. RAD140 to be extremely effective at increasing athletic endurance, stamina, and speed, as well as strength and muscle volume in a short time frame. SR-9009,Stenabolic, works by stimulating the Rev-Erb protein which has an effect on circadian rhythms, fat-storing cells as well as glucose and lipid metabolism.
